The CSCMP Germany and Benelux Roundtables join forces again and we are pleased to invite you together with DHL to our next CSCMP event "Driving towards customer centricity in global supply chains - Where we are and need to be!", which takes place in the DHL Innovation Center in Troisdorf on April 11th. 2019. With the theme "DHL Innovation Center - Exploring the World of Tomorrow", the DHL center serves as a thought leader in the logistics industry in the areas of trend research and solution development. The center provides a platform for collaboration between business, research, academic and industrial partners.
After our last CSCMP event at the DHL Innovation Center in 2007 on "Innovation in Supply Chains - Innovation that matters", an update is very much needed. Under the title "Driving towards customer centricity in global supply chains - Where we are and need to be!", we will be addressing new innovations in methods and technologies to bring supply chain “attendants” closer together. After many years of focusing on technologies such as "Track & Trace" and "Visibility", we want to address today's new opportunities in the supply chain context to get closer to the customer in order to create more business value. Well-known buzzwords are certainly Blockchain, Touchless Supply Chain or next wave CRM. We were able to attract top speakers from GS1, DHL and Picnic. They will bring their broad practical experience from different application areas. Following the presentations, we invite you to a guided tour of the DHL Innovation Center. As always there is enough time for intensive exchange of ideas and networking.
